At TORCH, our purpose is to ignite hearts and transform lives by setting the world ablaze through the power of outreach. We are a non-denominational church committed to making disciples for the Kingdom of God through love, service, and truth.
We believe in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ—the Son of redemption sent by the Father of creation—and in the indwelling power of the Holy Spirit, who lives within every believer. As commanded in Matthew 28:19 and fulfilled in Acts 2:38, we baptize in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit in Jesus’ name.
We exist to reach the lost, restore the broken, and release the empowered. Through dynamic worship, biblical teaching, and radical outreach, we strive to be a light in our communities, a refuge for the weary, and a catalyst for spiritual growth and transformation. Our purpose is not confined to the four walls of a building—we are the Church wherever we go.

Pastors David and Angelia Cundiff are the founding pastors of The OutReach Church (TORCH). Together they lead with a shared passion for discipleship, authentic worship, and community outreach. Their heart for ministry is centered on helping people grow in their relationship with God and experience transformation through the truth and power of His Word.
Pastor David is known for his shepherd’s heart and visionary leadership, with a strong commitment to equipping believers to live boldly in their faith. Pastor Angelia brings compassionate leadership and spiritual encouragement, helping cultivate an atmosphere of love, prayer, and unity within the church family.
Together, they are dedicated to building a ministry that strengthens families, develops disciples, and impacts the community for Christ. Through TORCH, their vision is to raise believers who shine the light of Jesus everywhere they go and live out the mission to let their light burn bright.
