Pastor Angelia Cundiff is a passionate leader, worshipper, and co-pastor of The OutReach Church (TORCH). With a heart devoted to seeing lives transformed by the power of God, she serves alongside her husband, Pastor David Cundiff, helping lead the ministry with wisdom, compassion, and spiritual insight. Pastor Angelia carries a deep love for God’s presence and believes that worship is one of the most powerful ways believers connect with the heart of the Father.
She is the visionary behind KWA (Kingdom Women Arise), a ministry dedicated to equipping, empowering, and uplifting women to walk boldly in their God-given identity and purpose. Through teaching, mentorship, and authentic fellowship, Pastor Angelia encourages women to grow spiritually, strengthen their faith, and embrace their role as leaders in their homes, church, and community. Her passion is to see women healed, restored, and activated to build the Kingdom of God.
