This Volunteer Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between TORCH The Outreach Church ("Church") and the undersigned individual ("Volunteer").

1. Scope of Work:
The Volunteer agrees to provide voluntary services for Addicted to Jesus taking place at Flourish CHurch Gary, In on May 31st and June1st.

2. Duties and Responsibilities:
The Volunteer agrees to perform the tasks assigned by the Event Coordinator or other designated Church representatives. Duties may include but are not limited to setup, cleanup, assisting attendees, guiding participants, and any other tasks required for the successful execution of the event.

3. Time Commitment:
The Volunteer agrees to arrive punctually at the designated time(s) and remain until the conclusion of their assigned duties, as communicated by the Event Coordinator or designated Church representatives.

4. Code of Conduct:
The Volunteer agrees to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times during the event. This includes treating all attendees, fellow volunteers, and Church staff with courtesy and kindness.

5. Confidentiality:
The Volunteer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information obtained during the course of their volunteer work, including but not limited to personal information of attendees and internal Church operations.

6. Health and Safety:
The Volunteer agrees to adhere to all health and safety protocols established by the Church, including but not limited to wearing any required personal protective equipment (PPE) and following proper hygiene practices.

7. Liability Waiver:
The Volunteer acknowledges that they are voluntarily participating in the event and assume all risks associated with their participation. The Volunteer releases the Church from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss that may occur during the course of their volunteer work.

8. Termination:
The Church reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and request the Volunteer to leave the premises if the Volunteer fails to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein or engages in conduct deemed inappropriate or harmful to the Church, its attendees, or fellow volunteers.

9. Intellectual Property:
Any materials, ideas, or creative works produced by the Volunteer during the event shall become the property of the Church, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

10. Amendment:
This Agreement may be amended or modified only in writing and signed by both parties.

11. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Church and the Volunteer concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.

By signing below, the Volunteer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
