Pastor David Cundiff is the Senior Pastor of The OutReach Church (TORCH), a faith-centered ministry committed to igniting lives, strengthening families, and advancing the Kingdom of God through love, truth, and discipleship.
With a heart for authentic discipleship, Pastor David believes the church exists not only to gather, but to equip and empower believers to live out their faith daily. His leadership is marked by compassion, biblical teaching, and a commitment to helping people discover God’s purpose for their lives.
Serving alongside his wife, Pastor Angelia Cundiff, Pastor David leads TORCH with unity, prayer, and a shared vision to see lives transformed and faith ignited.
Above all, he desires that everyone who connects with TORCH feels seen, loved, and empowered to let their light burn bright.
